Domino-Zentrum für Bildung und Erziehung was founded in early 2015 and has been a registered non-profit organisation since January 1st, 2016. The aim of our association is to support children, teenagers and adults. Our work is not limited to imparting classical textbook knowledge. We also attach great importance to social and inclusive elements. This philosophy sets as apart from other language schools.
Our language classes follow two goals. The main focus naturally lies on intensive language teaching which allows our students to improve their German skills. Within a short period of time, they are able to communicate in everyday life and to pass language exams allowing them to work or to study. Moreover we encourage intercultural exchange and social integration which we consider just as important as language skills. As our classes are usually smaller than at other language schools, our students soon develop a feeling of togetherness. People from different countries, of all ages and walks of life get to know and appreciate each other. They share experiences of their first few months in Germany or their future plans, help each other out with advice on everyday issues… and naturally do that in German. In our classes, students often build friendships that last for years. They also keep in touch with Domino-Zentrum, drop in and commend us to their friends and family.
